You're covered — the subscription includes up to 20 minutes of announcements a month, and quiet venues comfortably fit within that. If you go over, we charge £10 + VAT for every extra 60 minutes that month.
It's built to pick up public PA announcements, not private conversations.
We connect directly to the PA feed wherever we can; a microphone only comes into play when there's no direct feed, and even then we position it to capture the PA speaker, not the room around it.
Yes — venue administrators can remove announcements from the app. Just keep in mind that doesn't undo the original broadcast: once your PA has said something, people have already heard it.
